Mr. Kaunda, is a South Sudanese national with embracing experience in program management conducting trainings, and offering leadership.
Mr. Kaunda, brings an affluence of experience and in-depth knowledge of Project Planning and Management (PPM), managing and conducting training, planning and designing proposals and programme and proactively monitoring its progress, resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective action for multiple projects, Finance Management, fundraising, and effective coordination, collaboration, partnerships and Advocacy.
Mr. Kaunda, also works as a Moderator and MC, officiating corporate and social events of NGOs and Communities. He also worked as a Teacher and School administrator, Radio Program Manager, Civic and Voter Educator and Radio and TV Broadcaster and Reporter.

Mr. Kamau is a South Sudanese national with extensive experience in managing Finance and Administrative work including managerial experience logistics and Hum-recourses experience and First AID, Budgeting and report writings, preparations of auditing process, setting internal control system for the Organization and review of financial policy, budget review and alignment.
He worked for Uganda Red Cross Society, KRC, AMREF, DTB Uganda, NPA, Fervour Africa, Africa Humanitarian Organization, Health Action AID, WFP, Advance South Sudan and joined Community Empowerment for Rehabilitation and Development (CEFoRD) in March 2018.
Mr. Kamau also works as consultancy in the areas of Grand management, file coding, and charts of accounts training in areas of accounting soft wares like, Tally, Pastel, Peach-trees and quick book.

Ms. Scovia Faida is a South Sudanese national aged 23 years old, joined Community Empowerment for Rehabilitation and Development (CEFoRD) in 2018 as Communications and Advocacy Officer. In this capacity, Ms. Scovia develop communication plan for the organization, arrange publicity through different outlets, writes news releases and speeches. Compose, edit, design, record, produce publications such as newsletters, leaflets and brochures.
Ms. Scovia holds Diploma (Hons) in Mass Communication from St. Lawrence University and she has completed Certificate in Journalism in Makerere Institute for Social Development (MISD).
Ms. Scovia has over 1 year of professional experience in Mass media and Communication, project management, capacity building, Conflict mitigation and peacebuilding. she has worked (Internship) as a news reporter for Juba Monitor Newspaper, Radio broadcaster and host for Capital FM Juba.

Mr. Peter is a South Sudanese National from Yei River state with vast knowledge and extensive experience in Finance and Administrative management, Accounting and partly logistics. Mr., Peter has experience in preparing budgets, donor finance reports, accountability, petty cash reports and asset inventory. Peter has a growing knowledge on the use of software systems such as the quick book.

Mr. Augustine Michael is a South Sudanese national, serves as project Officer for CEFoRD in Yei Head Office. Mr. Augustine is reach in knowledge in areas of organizing and planning, management and conducting trainings and other implementation strategies-a situation about and including quality control-checks and balance.
He has attended and have knowledge in Project Planning and Management, Journalism including; radio Journalism, TV Journalism and the Print media, General ToT on Livelihood and Small Business Management, forum theater performances, peace building, Humanitarian and Actors in conflict sensitive approaches, Child protection and Best Interest Assessment (BIA) and Best Interest Determination (BID), Civil Society Concepts and Networking training, Strengthening women’s participation and leadership training, Gender and vulnerability concept training, Organizational development, Project design, management and monitoring training, Communications and Media Planning and Management, Governance and human rights training and M&E training and Data Collection and Management. These experiences and competences and others, make Mr. Augustine the best version of himself!
In his retrospective work experience, Mr. Augustine served in the position of Programme Officer for CDISS managing projects funded by OSIEA and World Bank, Communications and Advocacy Specialist CEFoRD, Editor-in-Chief and Journalist, Primary and Secondary Teacher and with some delegated responsibility in the position of Executive Director for CEFoRD Director Star Radio. He also worked as volunteer in the monitoring of the ACRSS, short contract implementation with ZOA and some research/survey assignments with Farm Africa and others. He also worked a volunteer staff in drama forum theatre performance and mobilizer in CEFoRD’s CRPP project implemented in partnership with War Child Holland and a Health project funded by Family Health FH Int. in Yei
Currently, Mr. Augustine is pursuing Bachelor Degree in Human and Social Science (Major Political Science) at Atlantic International University in the U.S. for more prospective works and education goals.

Mr. Bida Samson Robert is a South Sudanese national with wider knowledge and experience in child rights and child protection programing, community based child protection, family tracing and reunification (FTR) case management, psychosocial support, resilience and coping skills development, participatory media (video and radio) skills, peace building and conflict resolution.
He has creative and innovative methods of training skills of different target groups both in emergency and not in emergency and also a psychosocial life skill methodology for both children and Adult to build their relationships. (Commonly known as Ideal for children and Parents Deal for Adult cycles). Mr. Bida Samson has good consultancy background as being hired by War Child Holland and Save the children International previously.
Mr. Bida Samson Robert is undergoing Diploma of Arts in Development Studies in Bugema University- Uganda and completed a Certificate in Project Planning and Management, Participatory Media (video and radio), Best Interest Assessment and Best Interest Determination for children in emergency, Creative methodologies (IDEAL), Leadership & management and Conflict Sensitivity approach.

Mr. Anyik Chaplain Mogga joined Community Empowerment for Rehabilitation and Development (CEFoRD) in November 2017 as a humanitarian project officer and Head of office Yei. Mr. Anyik Chaplain Mogga started working for NGOs since 2006 with different International and National NGOs and gained experience in Child protection in emergencies, Community mobilization and trainings, Community Management of Acute Malnutrition (CMAM), Counselling and Behaviour Change Communication for people living with HIV/AIDS including Monitoring and Evaluation of projects
Mr. Anyik Chaplain Mogga is a senior six leaver (Uganda Advance Certificate of Education) and attained a number of on job trainings in Child protection in emergencies, Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E), HIV/AIDS counselling, CMAM, Community mobilization and lobbying and Advocacy trainings
Mr. Anyik Chaplain Mogga has been hired to conduct trainings on child protection, Monitoring and Evaluation, mobilize communities to form Savings and Credit cooperative societies (Saccos), participated in assessments and lobbed for funds for different community based organizations and advocated for behaviour change in the community in different areas of life.
Mr. Anyik Chaplain Mogga currently resides and work in Yei for Community Empowerment for Rehabilitation and Development (CEFoRD) as the Project officer and the Head of office and will soon start Long distance learning in social work social development. Mr. Anyik Chaplain Mogga has achieved a lot in making communities achieved their potential especially the young people and worked as the chairman of the youth from 2015 to 2016. Mr. Anyik Chaplain Mogga is a team worker, creative and work with minimum supervision.

Maliyamungu Abraham Ephraim is a south Sudanese national who joined Community Empowerment for Rehabilitation and Development (CEFoRD) in 2017 as Nutrition officer.
Mr. Abraham attended an intensive one month course at Alsabbah hospital in Juba on nutrition education covering the 4 components of CMAM (Community Management of Acute Malnutrition).
Maliyamungu Abraham is currently working with Community Empowerment for Rehabilitation and Development (CEFoRD) – a national NGO serving the community in his home state as a nutrition officer.
